Experimental Workflow Schematic: A micromixer (T-junction mixer, Staggered herringbone mixer, or Toroid mixer) is utilized where two syringe pumps regulate the flow of nucleic acids and lipids, facilitating the creation of RNA-loaded LNPs. Following this, the LNPs undergo preparation for dynamic light scattering assays and assessments of RNA encapsulation efficiency. Upon transfection of cells, assays for GFP fluorescence and cell viability are conducted.
